Tech Transfer Article: U.S. Ratifies Hague Agreement for Protecting Industrial Designs
Until recently, U.S. residents seeking legal protection for their industrial designs in other countries had to file an application with each country's national office. Now, with the U.S.'s ratification of the Hague Agreement, U.S. residents can file a single application with the World Intellectual Property Office to pursue protection in multiple countries and, thereby, save time and money.
